Privacy Policy
Summary
Go - The Clean One does not collect, store on servers, share or sell any personal data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no crash-reporting services. Everything you do in the app (settings, game history, statistics, achievements and progress) stays on your device.
Data stored on your device
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Settings (theme, sound, language) | Remember your preferences |
| Game history, saved game, statistics and rating | Let you resume and review games and track your progress |
| Puzzle and lesson progress, quests, achievements, in-game currency and unlocked cosmetics | Track your progress and rewards |
This data is kept in the app's private storage on your device and is never sent to us or to any third party. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app (Android Settings > Apps > Go - The Clean One > Storage > Clear data).
Network access and third-party services
The app does not send your data anywhere. The only network request it may make is to download the typefaces (Nunito and Comfortaa) from Google Fonts the first time they are needed. To serve that file, Google necessarily receives standard connection information such as your IP address and device user agent. See Google Fonts privacy FAQ. No other third-party SDK that collects data is used.
Permissions
| Permission | Why the app uses it |
|---|---|
| Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) | Daily reminder (9 AM) for the daily challenge, scheduled locally on your device. You can turn it off in Android's notification settings. |
| Exact alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM) | Deliver that reminder at the time you expect. Handled locally. |
| Internet (INTERNET) | Download the typefaces described above. |
The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, photos, files or phone.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages. Because it does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
Because your data never leaves your device, it is protected by your device's own security (screen lock, encryption and operating system updates).
Your rights
You can see your data inside the app (statistics, history, settings) and delete it at any time as described above. Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or erase on our side.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date will change.
