Variable	What it does
`NO_COLOR`, `TERM=dumb`	the printed render (`wr URL \| less`) has no colors; the interactive reader always uses them
`COLUMNS`	width of the printed render (`COLUMNS=60 wr URL \| less -R`)
`WR_BROWSER`	the Chromium or Chrome used to render pages drawn by JavaScript (a name or a path; `/nonexistent` means none)
`WR_NO_UPDATE_CHECK`	any value turns off the background check for a newer wr
`VISUAL`, `EDITOR`	the editor opened by Edit the config file… (default `vi`)
`XDG_CONFIG_HOME`, `XDG_STATE_HOME`, `XDG_CACHE_HOME`	where wr keeps its config, its state (history, bookmarks, update memory) and its cache
