Local files, Markdown and other content

wr shows more than web pages:

Local files work the same way as remote ones: wr notes.md, wr ~/docs/page.html, wr ./README.md, wr file:///etc/hosts. Links between local HTML files work, f labels them like any other link, and r reads the file again from disk.
